What happens if I increase PFL?

My face width is small so my eyes look big on my skull

If I increase PFL by 5mm my eyes will legit touch the edge of my skull lmao

Would that look better or worse cause I need lower eyelid retraction and I know theres that korean surgery that increases PFL and fixes lower lid too

You can also get cheekbones implantes to compensate

if pfl=eye width, why would you care about increasing PFL? your bizygomatic to pfl ratio is probably low so your eyes appear wide, this is good.
