What happens if you don’t go gym for a week?

So after a whole week I finally decided to jit the gym, how much muscle degradation do you get from that much inactivity?
I have also been sleep deprived for the past 4 days too as I was excited for Christmas and other shit…

Look at Allen Iverson, he skipped da lessons and now hes just someone you maybe talk about once in 10 years.

Youre gonna do that more often , once you done it. 1 week now, 1 week the month after... It all sums up, youre wasting time

I don't know. I haven't been to the gym since 2017 and I'm alright.

Some guys are naturally buff they have decent genetics
I have been going to the gym consistently for the past year and a few months
But still look the exact fucking same

Possibly. You want to progress, therefore your body need to adapt. And it cant adapt if youre laying on your lazy ahhhhh

I'm a cook though so I got really strong forearms. Also lifting heavy pots of grease to the grease dumpster is a good workout for whole upper body. Gotta keep your abs tight in order not to spill it.

I knew you would be a brute
Works the same way as during a bulk you workout less and during a cut you workout more.
