People in the Stone Age never washed their hair their entire lives, so why we are washing our hair now? I'm trying it out, I haven't washed my hair for a week now, and everything seems normal, except my hair is a little oily. But theoretically, oil should protect hair, right?
Has anyone tried this before?

i haven't washed my hair in 6 months now and my hair got from straight shit to a curly/wavy idk what it is exactly thick and strong

I havent washed my hair in 5 months and they have pretty good texture ,got mor curly and isnt as dry just wash the products out after atleast 24 hours if you use any

lol these are the most unreal people ever in these replies. havent washed my hair in like a year. only time I get it wet is when I go swimming in lakes and oceans. my hair is genuinely so healthy now best decision I ever made.
