What happens to the oral Cavity and the placement of the tongue? Do you get more space for the tongue after djs? Or only marpe sarpe etc procedures work for that.
And also if someone gets a double jaw surgery will mewing happen naturally? Is mewing a cause or an effect? I'm mild recessed and probably lack vertical growth on my mandible so I'm curious.
