I haven’t done legs in months. I’ll probably start doing them twice a month tbh for some kind of maintenance, for some reason I have humongous thighs and flutes so it made my dick appear smaller/i looked shorter overall (can’t afford that when I’m already 5’8)I only train my legs 2 times a month doing only leg extensions en hamstring curls and they’re fine. I don’t care about legs since too big legs will make you look shorter and give the illusion of big hips. It just makes your overall proportions look worse.
