this is if he wanted to max out his looks, also @Chris88 I meant giant genio first because you'd base your rhino off of your chin proptions. and u need the lip lift first to base your genio off of the lip lift.

his tip needs to be more defined and needs to be straight from the side

mine was 8k but its specialized i did it in the USA, u can get a normal one for 3-5k

no point of going to turkey the flight alone is like 2k

The giant genio is a techinque made by giant implants, I'm sure other surgeons may steal it now but idk for sure.

For one, he uses a custom dental guide to make sure its symmetrical idk if other surgeons do this, then you can get all 3 of the things you need.

#1 Projection
#2 Width
#3 Height

With a normal chin implant, you can get a specific chin look, projection and width but you cannot get height to my knowledge which you may not even need. It really depends on what your new proportions will be after the lip lift.

Your not super recessed so a chin implant could potentially work aswell. I'm not 100% sure tbh what the differences would be aesthetically but I'm fairy certain the height aspect would not be possible with a implant.
