Your base is not the best due to a long midface (unfixable), a short ramus, relative bonelessness, and all sorts of minor soft tissue flaws.
You can definitely improve your looks, but it might take quite a lot of effort to achieve a modest outcome. So you have to seriously ask yourself "is it all worth it ?" before you get started. Only you can answer that question (it depends on your personal mindset, financial means, current social interactions, and overall quality of life).
Are you a bimax candidate ? Possibly, yes. Although your facial configuration will not allow large forward movements, or else you would get dogmaxxed. Still, you fail lip assessments, your lower lip droops, your mentolabial fold is too deep, and your chin is set too far back. Plain orthodontics cannot fix all that, only complementary orthognathics will. But, once again, you have to ask yourself "is it all worth it ?", because of how long and tedious the whole bimax process is (~12 months decomp phase before surgery ; ~6 months bite adjustment after surgery). Keep in mind that a bimax will barely improve your front profile, which is what matters the most ; and, in your case, I suspect the positive impact on the side profile will be rather minimal (see morph above). If you actually suffer from breathing and/or chewing problems, then a bimax could make more sense.
Anyway, you will benefit from a mix of softmaxxes and hardmaxxes.
SOFTMAXXES
> fat loss / body recomposition
> minoxidil + microneedling to thicken your eyebrows
> dye your eyebrows one shade darker
> Latisse/bimatoprost to grow longer and denser eyelashes
> tretinoin/tazarotene to get rid of blemishes and to achieve a smoother skin texture
> mole removal
> watch out for signs of hair miniaturization and recession along the hairline and temporal peaks ; in case of early onset androgenetic alopecia, hop on finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, and microneedling (dermastamp/dermapen/derminator)
> neck training
HARDMAXXES
> possibly bimax
> depending on where fat loss and bimax leave you, some type of procedure may be necessary to target the submental region : liposuction, fat dissolver (e.g. kybella), submentoplasty, neck lift.
> depending on where orthodontics and bimax leave you (potentially improved lip support), you could augment upper lip height with a bit of filler
> depending on where fat loss leaves you, you might benefit from complementary buccal fat removal and/or fat dissolvers (lipo vela, aqualyx, etc.) in the cheek area.
> jaw angle implants / filler (juvederm volux, radiesse, etc.)
> rhinoplasty, including tip plasty, alar plasty, and radix graft.
> oculoplastics : canthopexy to tighten/straighten the lower lid, ptosis repair, and fat grafting to reduce upper eyelid exposure.
The morphs at the top of this post roughly simulate those suggestions (but jaw angle implants/fillers).
U Need everything, its over bro find someone else to make you happydo I️ need bimax or Lefort 1 lmk.
Im interested to know and you seem pretty knowledgeable. How are you able to tell from these pics alone that his "facial configuration" wont allow for large movements? I mean, I can see how he could get dogmaxxed, but are there more reasons for the minimal movements beyond this dogmaxxing risk? Are you a bimax candidate ? Possibly, yes. Although your facial configuration will not allow large forward movements, or else you would get dogmaxxed.
mirin response, I️ agree I️ messed around in photoshop a bit and I️ feel like I️ could get dog maxxed with a bimax. i actually dont mind my front for me its the chin and the hyroid sag under the chin which destroyes my jaw and hides any forward growth. But I️ will definitely get on the softmaxes and some of the hard maxes. what is your opinion on filler?View attachment 5509158

You're right. He's not an ideal bimax patient at all. His SNA is probably within normal ranges as it is, so pushing the maxilla much further forward will just give him chimp lips. Means workhorse would have to be mandibular advancement here, which won't make much of a difference beyond the side profile.View attachment 5509158

Honestly I️ think my front is pretty good, especially if I️ do some softmaxxes (I️ attached shit photos on this thread). Personally I️ think my side profile nurfs me, and thats what I️ actually care about. I️ just made a post about filler maybe you can give some advice. thanks :0You're right. Fair enough. I don't really think a marginal improvement in the side profile really justifies the invasiveness and time + financial investment but to each his own. I can at least understand the desire to optimize everthing so if you have realistic expectations about what bimax will accomplish then that's something at least.Honestly I️ think my front is pretty good, especially if I️ do some softmaxxes (I️ attached shit photos on this thread). noooo no bimax, I️ just joined the forum and everyone spammed bimax... After doing some reserach its clearly not for me. Im saying chin/jaw filler for temp solution, until maybe an implant in the future to fix side profile.Fair enough. I see. Sorry I misconstrued that. Even on this site, you'd be surprised how many retards prescribe bimax for everything and how many users seize on it. I think fillers are a much more sensible option in your case.noooo no bimax, I️ just joined the forum and everyone spammed bimax... After doing some reserach its clearly not for me.
