Wondering what surgeries would be highest ROI. I’m thinking of doing eye area fat grafting as my orbits lack fat volume. Other than that maybe fat grafting for my nasolabial folds, or maybe implants in chin/jaw region

would the implant be necessary to reduce uee even after fat grafting? Or does it just provide more forward projection from the side

its not necessary but if you can afford it it will give you a more natural and sharper look

I've learned that its an issue that can be caused by many different factors so its hard to say if that's the best option. It's also somewhat expensive and the results aren't guaranteed to fully last.
