What Hardmaxxes Can you do without anyone noticing?

So I want to do surgery ofcourse but I don't want to be known as the guy that did surgery to look beter as that is gay asf. So I was thinking..

What surgeries can you do without anyone noticing you did a actually surgery? (With anyone I mean people close to you)

For example I always had the idea that fat grafting your UEE or midface for lower eye support has shown noticable difference but people would not suspect you did any surgery.. you could easily cope with lets say a healthier lifestyle.

Right? Fat grafting is what I thought about aswell. Its for everyone a must at some point and its not noticable for foids. Small implants not worth it tho compared to the price

True but keep in mind that fat isn't suppose to mimic bones, so if you have actual bone deficiency I wouldn't use fat grafting

Well in my case I would use it for hollow under eyes / lack of under eye support to fill out the tear trough for a less sunken appearence. What would you think?

also getting a septoplasty in 6 weeks but it does not make any cosmetic difference its just a intern breathing nose issue. I had to ask a different procedure added to the operation to fix my asymetrical nose wings

Yes fat grafting is possible for almost everyone, you should have a body fat percentage of >= 12%

Some time that could work but it really depends on the individual case, for example if you have a negative orbital vector then implants is the way to go.

However, a sign of a good surgery or simple procedure like filler is meeting new people and having it look natural/ like no work was done.

Yes but for some people myself included are not ready for the mortal burden of adjusting my face for the sake of cosmetics and aesthetics. So everything that can be improved on a subtle way without screaming "I did a fucking surgery" should be considered first imo.

I know my bigger flaws fo but before I drastically hardmax I want to max everything else out.
