Don’t get rhino your nose is fine, its your mouth thats narrow asf, if you want to get a surgery focus on your lower third.

Def need rhino . It’s hard to tell in that pic but my nose is crooked on the bridge. The left side is wider I think getting that fixed will help a lot. But I’m listening to what you’re saying, wdym by focusing on lower third? I was maybe thinking lip filler I have no top lip at all

Goat. Instead of buccal fat removal I’m starting my first session of Lipovela-v within a week . Planning on a rhino I’ll def ask for the minor hump reduction aswell. Idk ab implants tho feel like I can spam mastic gum for my gonion

If your masseter insertions are low enough you could grow them out yeah, but won’t be angular and efficient as implants.

canthoplasty to fix ur eye asymmetry, nose is fine its adds a lot of dimo. Other than that, look into checking if ur a candidate for expansion, if not then get lateral commissuroplasty

if u go to a good doctor and use certain types of fillers migration can happen once every few years and are easilu managble+
i prefer filler cause unlike implants where nerve damage can happen and its hard asf to customize it way more expensive etc
filler u can just go in a hour and go out
