What hardmaxxes would I need to reach chadlite+?

Assuming i should probably get Trimax or maybe LeFort, not completely sure. My jaw and chin are completely ruined and my maxilla isnt great either. Eyes are ok.

trimax and whatever implants you see fit (pics arent good enough to judge). You have a good base though and you look like you would ascend very nicely with surgery
