I am going on a double date tomorrow ( my friend his gf and his gf's friend) and I need help with anxiety and overall calmness. I am fun guy around people I know and am comfortable with but get anxious and cant conversate very well with new people I meet especially girls
I am using 5mg's of memantine I am planning to up it to 10mg tomorrow
I also wanna add baclofen but I have no prior experience with it
What is it like / will it help me in this situation
