Shit's getting worse, or better.

I was on my usual deadlift 10x10 high intensity routine, I was about to quit, I couldn't lift anymore weights, so I opened IG and checked out my crush's profile to get motivated.

Legit made me finish that workout.

I'm becoming what I always hated, 11/01/2020 was the beginning of IWantToMax's decline.

And i know exactly what you mean listen to me you need to stop ASAP i used to be starting to getting like that you need to kill your emotions be like the witcher

I'm following a gvt kind of program, I do 10x10 Deadlifts just once a week, but that's enough.

It takes your souls out, but doesn't seem be a bad thing
