Really depends on the face. IMO, having a good base means you have a good lower third, but needs help in the midface/eye area.

I have wide lower third but my chin fucks me, it’s too short and not projected, fortunately it’s not my jaw that’s the problem but i would like more forward growth and lengthen it. if i do that i’ll aftually be a 5.5-6 PSL no joke lol

Yep. And the fixation of your flaw(s) will give you a huge boost in terms of overall harmony. Some people don't have significant flaws but lack the harmony, or they have flaws that can't be fixed by currently available surgeries.
