Regardless of head shape the consensus on this site is always medium length wavy hair. Could be used to hide forehead, to add width to head, as curtains, etc

The consensus on this site is always medium length hair
medium length is perfect cuz it still gives u hair halo while also avoiding the non-ntness long hair gives you.

Maybe try growing out your sides and hair overall to remove some of the attention away from the overpowering lower third unless your fat then it changes

Just the area under your cheekbones draws a lot of attentions because of the volume in your cheeks or jaw or something, tbh no offence it looks like your fat. Your jaw angle looks weird or flat making your face look too square or it's your chin that looks wider than your mouth. A side profile shot might be good to see.

Either way longer sides would make your face look more proportionate drawing more attention towards your eyes which aren't bad. middle part could work if you're under 25
