top 10% purely statistically based on a normal distribution would be around 6'1" for height and 5PSL for face, though having both at the same time puts you above the top10% as fewer people have both so i assume:

6'3"(or more) + 4-4.5PSL, face cannot be below average to be top10% ever
6'1" + 4.5-5 PSL
5'11" + 5-5.5 PSL
5'9" + 5.5-6PSL
being shorter than 5'9" it will be hard to argue for top10% in any case
