For me, the perfect height is 6'3 (or 190.5cm). I feel like at that height you are right at the top of what people would still consider 'normal', clothing from stores will still fit you properly, and you can still get into most places without bumping your head or contorting your legs. Obviously, 6'4 isn't that much taller but we have to draw the line at some point and I feel like that is the height when you start having problems finding clothing and making it thru tighter spaces. The tallest I would personally be comfortable at is 6'5, anything beyond that definitely meeting my definition of 'too tall'. At that point you basically only have the advantage of appearing like a giant to most people, which can be ego-boosting but may also impede your ability to shape your own look and influence people's first impressions of you. You will always be the 'huge guy', no matter what style of clothing you wear or how you cut your hair. That would be a problem for me. As for the lowest height I'd still be comfortable at... probably 6'1 or 185cm. I like the appearance of being tall and lean, and that, in my opinion, is when people start looking tall. 183 has the benefit of being the beginning of 6 feet, which sounds a lot better than 5 feet but in my personal opinion you are still in the 'average' height category at that point.
