Just finished school, for me it was mixing chatgpt in a essay, proscasnating to the point i got stressed about it or js straight up taking hits from the penj (if its english just write a real basic template chatgpt can fix it up, if its math's look for the stuff you can chatgpt (like math folios) and mass call sick days on exam's so you can get knowledge on whats on the exam.

Here's what I used to do way back ; I didn't care.

Now I don't know if you're studying for something very specific (medicine, law) but if it's just regular school/college/university, just don't care.

When exams would be close, I just sat in the lunch room for 1 hour top, reading my notes and the papers briefly. This like two or three days before exam day. It worked out and I avoided a lot of unnecessary stress and now that I look back I'm glad I did because it was all for nothing.

This may not work for you and the results might not be optimal but it will take a huge weight off your shoulders.
