yeah, but that's more because I've already seen a lot of movies in total


mid twenties. I just watching movies since i was kid, plus when I was a teenager I saw about movie a day.

nowadays I hardly watch anything new and I choose most thing based on directors previous work, but that's mainly because I've already seen all the important old movies and 99% of mainstream movies what's coming out now is unwatchable to me

Im mostly joking about easily calling movies boring/shit. Im open minded and have given many chances to movies i didnt like. It makes me feel bad when i cant find movies that i enjoy.

Ive seen some of bergmans work and find him rly boring and outdated in the sense that i dont feel he offers me sth for example. Also recently watched The Thing, In the Mouth of Madness, Prince of Darkness and Haloween by Carperner because i like horror and some of them are classics and didnt like any of them. Watched They Live as a kid and remember loving it but maybe thats cuz i was a kid. But when i read reviews i can understand what people see in some of them

well, i can understand why bergman seems boring to you. I gave up after a few of his films so i dont have strong opinion, but his movies are simply too anachronic both narratively and visually.
