i know nothing about surgery but all I can say is that the beard especially moustache makes you look dirty as fuck, you eyes make you look like a rat, and your midface well, its not that much of an issue

Your hair and collagen failo you hard. You look fairly good in the first two pictures when your hair is covered and your skin looks clearer and healthier.

You need to grow out a heavy stubble to fraud a more dimorphic lower third, get a skincare routine with retin A, sunscreen and vitamin c. You also need a light tan instead of having you natural very pale coloring. Cut that hair as soon as possible it gives you a homeless/redneck vibe tbh.
