Id say start with 4% and be consistent if you have health concerns. But HQ is rather safe to use if you regularly use sunscreen. Wont give u cancer lol. I know where to get 10% and have it ready to use but thats just because 4% didnt make a whole lot of difference for my hyperpigmentation which is deep
