Breakfast - 2 eggs with 250g cottage cheese
Lunch - 250g minced beef with onions and garlic bread
Snack - Protein yoghurt
Gonna have a 12 inch cheese n tomato pizza for dinner

still hungry tbh but idk if i’ll eat more. my stomach is full tbh, but my brain still thinks im hungry asf

tbh this was a low day on the eggs jfl.

usually it’s around 10, rarely 11.
since i make 5 scrambled eggs 2x a day

but then would eat beef only on those days, and no carbs.

10 eggs are 650-800 cals depending on size

yeah bro i alternate between 1200-1500 calories insane tbh its just that i cucked my metabolism with 800 for 6 months, right now im reverse dieting

imo don’t go below 1500, it may be counter productive, and more enjoyable.

i usually end up eating all my cals in the morning jfl, then i have to fast until next morning. not intentional but i get giga hungry.

yeah i agree im 5’9 so my basal metabolic is 1500 but my TDEE is around 1800, i like the way i am currently so im just trying to slowly easy my metabolism into normal
