Ima start writing down why I eat every day to try and keep accountability
140 lb - 5’9.5 - ~16-18%bf
Food rating 3/10 It’s hard to resist goyslop when your already a subhuman, I constantly think about just giving up and eating fried chicken and chocolate or some shit cause whaats the point. Also I definitely didn’t get enough protein I had like 20g of protein today so it’s kinda over
Calorie deficit rating 7/10 I was already getting hungry again 2 hours after I ate

- 1/3lb ground beef
- 1 slice of pizza
- 2 serving yogurt
- Plate of salad (man made toxins)
- 2 pieces of cake
