Surgery,

But for rn, go outside in direct sunlight, goto the gym, and be active

Eat healthy, check out softmaxes in the BOTB and looksmaxxing boards

Damn, if I have to have surgery to be even remotely beautiful, it's simply over for me, am I an lmtn?
