Bed (relatively) early
Wake up pretty early
Eat frozen foods (cheap but healthy shit)

Either push-ups or pull-ups depending on the day, also neck training lol

Black coffee, OJ
Water if thirsty

Lite beers + a few nicotine pouches until sleep + melatonin

Sleep with nasal strips, a fan, white noise, maybe NyQuil idk

Get ideal hair + lighten tips
