Take your pills in the morning. Certain supplements might make sleeping harder, if taken at night.never had insomnia until i started my stack.
If you can't sleep properly, your T levels are probably low. Good sleep is one of the most important aspects for healthy T levels. Being porn addicted coomer and high T are completely different things.

if u spend a day where all u do is sit around/lay in bed and dont use up ur testosterone, it will be VERY hard to go to bed (also this is from personal experience, not from a textbook/research paper).
