Current Bodyfat is around 15-17% - Goal is 10%
BMR and Neat is around 1850c - I eat around 1650c
I burn around 300 calories a day from excersise, App also includes Thermic effect of food into the balance.

Explanation for each food/drink:
Breakfast
Milk, a foundation of the diet, in the morning i like fattier milk (3.5%) with my coffee, otherwise i drink a litre as a whole that is only 0.3% skimmed milk, calcium ramps up your metabolism, basically allows you to eat more, thus greater deficit, while satiating you like crazy (atleast for me).
Coffee is great cuz the caffeine supresses appetite, water.
To combat the adrenalizing effect caffeine can have for some people, you should add milk, coconut oil to slow down absorption and get the other fat-loss benefits (see here) from it, as well as sugar, since sugar reduces cortisol effectively.
Then i got some orange juice aswell that i sweeten up with some table sugar aswell, basically for reducing cortisol and for interesting compounds that are inside of orange juice, like naringin, which helps supress aromatase, which we all want, and definetly helps when cutting body comp wise.
Then i have 1 or 2 eggs, hard boiled cuz that satiates me the most, scrambled/raw/etc. is fine but doesent fill me up as much, idk why that is.
The Thyroid i take is Naturally desiccated and i already made a whole thread on it so just view this thread.

Lunch
Now i usually have a steak or ground meat, if ground meat (90/10%) around 150-200g, steak is very lean and i usually have 200-250g of that, i cook it in butter, pufa is your biggest enemy.
Then i have half a litre/quart of milk for the same reasons as i already stated before.
Because i didnt have any OJ left anymore, i used blueberry juice, otherwise OJ would have been better ofc.
Onions or any other vegetable i just eat for taste, same goes for salt, use it to taste food, it has its own benefits.

Dinner
Now i again had milk, some blueberry juice, and also some dried meat, its low fat/low calories and it gives me some more good quality protein.

To sum it up i almost feel like im not dieting at all, no hunger, no stress, nothing, i used to cut in unfavourable ways and it always left me with bad sleep, anxiety, etc. now there is none of that.
Note:
Before i see fellow raw primal/carnivores telling me this is a shit diet, i must say that i enjoy eating raw, the problem is that i really can only maintain or gain weight on primal, and my goal is to lose weight currently, once im at my goal ill go back on primal.
