What I get from drinking 3 eggs a day

I drink 3 eggs a day since a week ago.
I drink 3 eggs and eat 2 but that doesn't matter.

1 raw medium egg (50g):
- 161 kcal (calories). Drinking 3 eggs gives me 483 calories. Imagine getting that much in just 5 seconds of drinking some eggs.
- 542.5mg Cholesterol.
- 109 IU Vitamin D
- 8g Protein
- 54.5 mg potassium (really small amount)
- 24mg Sodium compared to 62mg when cooked. (you dont want much of this)
- 64.5 mg calcium


Cooking a egg results in:
- Lower Cholesterol
- Lower fat
- Lower calories
- Lower vitamin D amount
- Lower calcium
- Lower zinc
- Lower vitamin b12


Drink your eggs raw. People advise you against it but

cope, as long as you don't heat them for too long and use stable oils (coconut, fat, butter) there is very little difference and also increased protein digestibility. enjoy gagging from raw eggs every day

Gagging? I don't feel anything. I drink them 1 for 1. They don't have any taste + I get many benefits

I should try them raw one day. I love frying eggs and having something nice to drink next to them in the morning.
