What i have eaten today

Breakfast:
1719000326873

2breads with cheese, thin chicken slices and 3egss. 2glass of water + 5g of creatine.
Lunch:

Salmon, potatoes, salad + 1 glass of water.
Snacks:

Same breads as earlier but with 2eggs instead of 3 + 1 banana and 1 glass of water.
Dinner:
Chicken soup like this for like 1 full bowl. And leftovers of some small amount of pasta and like 2meatballs.

Dinner 2: 70% of some shit pizza and 30g whey protein drink.



So do i now eat enough to gain muscle and bones or no?
