Now (14 1/2 to 16): Do cardio, lift heavy, eat better foods that increase test, get sunlight, occasionally grounding and now until I get my braces + herbst appliance I will be laterally thumbpulling and anterior thumbpulling during my orthodonticts because it doesn't hurt to try and I every night I will train the orbicularis oculi muscle.
After 16 (16 to 18): Blast bone growth supplements everyday, lift heavy and focus on gut health rich foods.
18 to 20: I'm joining the army so free sunlight, cardio and heavy weights everyday single day without fail
Do you guys think this will ascend me
