what i need to eat to be healthy and look good?

Im 15 yo rn look like mltn and i really dont know what i need to eat to grow some bones, someone says about carnivore raw liver etc, but someone says that carnivore is unhealthy, im in small cut rn, eating chicken breast with pasta, trinking my protein, and dont know which vitamines to take, soo can someone give me a advice?

eating organs is good, but not necessary. hit your macros and micros by tracking them. eat high quality food. Eat raw animal products. if you’re deficient in smth, supplement it. mark as solution by clicking the checkmark on my right.

health wise, cut out everything but whole foods.
 
Eat red meat, eggs, clean starches like potatoes rice etc, quick digesting sugars for gym and drink whole milk or preferably raw if you can get it

A hypercarnivore diet is most ideal with some seasonal fruits if needed, and only in realistic small portions

High quality ruminant meats, wild game, seafood, and since you’re young lots of raw dairy can help. If they’re high quality you might as well eat them raw, no risk and no AGEs etc or nutrition lost

Industrialized animals such as chickens and pork are low tier imo, their species have evolved to live off of industrial sludge and you don’t get much benefit from eating them on a high quality diet. The little you do you could easily get much more from wilder animals

Also prioritize lots of meat, from fatty dairies meats all of it. Don’t go “low fat” or bs and don’t count calories you’re not a machine listen to your satiety

Also you don’t need low body fat right now 15% is more than fine you need more for growth

People saying that you have to be born with good looking genetics to get there are partially correct however you can’t maximize on whatever good genetics you have if you’re not even nourish your body enough to grow to that potential

I cringe when I see people into so-called "whole-foods" and they proceed to eat leaves, flowers, & seeds.

All that matters pretty much to develop is that you get enough, if you get to much its detrimental more for health and less for development, so just eat varied and enough

Hey bro hope your doing good, If u want to look as best as possible eat raw meat, raw organs if u want to but raw steak is alr too. drink milk,raw milk if u can u will grow taller than your dad. thats it u cann still eat sugary stuff here and there like haribo, chocolate and so on or pasta doesnt matter but ADD raw meat to your diet it will grow bones ur a animal like every other animal that eats raw meat, And they develop like they should.

got the worst genetics ever, mom 5ft dad 5'5 im around 5'6-5'7 and i guess im a early bloomer because my voice broke at 13

hit macros, micros, eat meat, organs (not a lot, just a few), drink every what nature invented - milk, water, blood, fresh fruit juice
 
do NOT eat raw organs at 15, the raw diet is tiktok cope, no benefits from it. Just eat meat, eggs, and an overall keto diet.

Ur still in development right now no kid is done at 15-16 yrs really trust me drink a lot of milk i grew 3-4 inches taller than my dad
