this also happens to me and it’s because of breadth of shoulders and general width, i’ve seen framelets from afar look taller than me only for me to have 10cm on them when passing by (usually due to a lack of references to measure them against from afar)

from afar yes, it’s a matter of proportions, you look less “stretched out” than lanklets, but clearly from close up when people literally see your height it doesn’t. don’t worry about it it’s not like having a wide frame is a failo jfl
