He’s just skinny as far as I can remember
Someone's physique is not valid proof that they know what they are talking about because they could be on steroids or they could have good genetics. I'm not trying to say that everyone is like this, many are legit natural bodybuilders but the majority of muscular men in the world are not natural and that is the problem, they give people unrealistic expectations based on lies.

If someone wants to take steroids, that's their choice but they shouldn't be seen as more knowledgeable on the topic of fitness because their drugs did most of the work and if you don't take the same dose and don't have the same genetics, you will never look like that guy.

The reason why I make a lot of posts on the topic of fitness is because this is my favorite subject and out of all the things that I know, fitness information is the thing I am the best at, I may not be muscular but I have mastered proper form and I have found which exercises work best to get results quickly as a natural, how to make a program and how to coach people who don't have the mobility to reach depth on a squat or do even just 1 chin up. I help people because I know with 100% certainty that it will work if people apply it correctly because I have tried it myself and I have seen it work on other people also.

However, I know that it would be a lot better if I could give people inspiration on what is attainable naturally by having a muscular physique myself but the process is extremely slow, especially if you don't know what you are doing and this was the case for me in the beginning, I was consistent with my workouts but I was so weak and had such bad mobility that I couldn't perform the most important exercises, and my appetite was so low that I couldn't bulk past 160 lbs, that was back in 2016, I have learned a lot since then. In 2018, I couldn't train due to a jaw surgery, in 2019, I stopped because I had a very stressful full time job and it was my first, and in 2020, it was due to COVID19, it takes me a month to get my strength back after a long break, and since they closed the gym quickly after reopening, I didn't have enough time to make a lot of progress.

Now I have my home gym though so I'll be able to get the results that I have always wanted to have, I have all the equipment that I need to make gains. Like I said before, in 1 year, I will show my progress pictures on a new thread. Then you will have to believe me. I'll also film some of my workouts also, I have a tripod and a good camera that I can setup in my garage.

I did this all on my own after reading the science and development of muscle hypertrophy, 1st ed. a couple years ago and leaning out this past summer/fall. I became a personal trainer during that time as well, but it's not very lucrative for me as I suck at marketing myself. I definitely practice what I preach and would like to think I take an evidence based approach.

So you couldn’t get a good physique after 5 years of training? What a bitch.
