there is me unfrauded with no filters and the shitty light, idk what i should do, now im just growing out my hair and trying to fix my posture, im a basically teenagere 14 yo 5'11 (obv early puberty but i still growing and im doing everything to maximize my height growth, my frame inst that bad (in circumference 104cm, its about 40.94 inches).
so im here to get any advice how to looxmaxx without cope and rope, soo plz any advice, thank you y'all.
