Adding glucosamine + msm may preserve / hydrate the fluid at cartilage . so evening height will be 174.5 to 175

I also have shit posture fixing this mean 2 to 3 cm

Spinal decompression : idk if it will work

Including 2 to 3 cm of hair length

And ofc for mega fraud 6 cm of insoles

IN total i must have my final height 185cm on public

179 at home

Its over ngas


If ll in future adding 5 inches i will be 6,4 at home and 6,6 in public

- depending on what causes your misalignment in posture - you may see benefit. I can speak anecdotally on the improvement of my own anterior pelvic tilt through hyperextensions - as it has increased my height.

- I prefer a shoe with a thicker base in it rather then insoles themself.
