One of the supplements that are actually not cope. I've been taking 0.7mg lately, which is absurdly low dosage and it improved the quality of my sleep insanely hard. I have super vivid dreams because it puts me into a much deeper sleep. And I actually wake up and feel super refreshed in the mornings (haven't felt like that in years). Good sleep can improve your overall QOL significantly. Don't wanna get too much into detail but I'm pretty sure one of the many benefits it could provide is increasement in HGH levels which could possibly help you grow taller and leech off the most out of your puberty. (before doing that, first of all make sure you do the basic stuff - sleep in quiet, dark, cold room, go to bed at same time everyday etc)

Low dose is the correct dose for this medicine, close to what would've been natural production without suppression from light

At higher doses it lowers testosterone and disturbs neurotransmitters
