100 mg but I do not have prior experience with androgens so that is likely why it is so bad. I am injecting 200 mg in a few days.

Na bro. Keep the dose low until side effects start tapering off.

What are you running along side tren?

I hear that anything above 100mg is kinda pointless

I am running 250 test with it, i am thinking of upping it to 500 but am not sure.

A lot of people run in to issues with high test high tren.

Im no expert as I keep both pretty low, but you should look in to either keeping test or tren as low as possible

Currently on 490mg Test, 490mg Tren myself.

It’s going to be entirely dependant on you unfortunately in terms of sides and goals. I can’t give you the Tren blueprint to avoid sides since it’s individual. It’s not uncommon for people to run say 2:1 Test:Tren and have sides, then up the tren and get to 1:1 Test:Tren and have a REDUCTION in sides. You have to experiment.

Many seem to run into less sides on Low Test (sub 200mg), and running high Tren. I would only use this approach when you have the only goal of cutting, since it seems to be hard to actually put tissue on when estrogen is low on Tren. You’ll shed bodyfat like crazy though. I don’t think i’ll bother using DNP again. It chewed through 400-500g carbs a day and got shredded very quick. Sides were very limited also.

If you have the goal of recomping/bulking then run Test higher than Tren, or at least 1:1 if you are using above ~300mg (so estrogen can ride higher). I’m almost sure you’ll make more lean tissue gains on 500 Test and 300 Tren compared to 200 Test and 700 Tren. Which has been the case from my experience (different dosages but you get the point) and multiple anecdotes (since that’s really all there is to go off). It’s probably due to letting estrogen riding high. I eat slightly over 6000 calories a day and get leaner each day at the moment while continuing to get bigger (my normal maintenance is 3500-3700). There is no better anabolic than Tren.

TLDR:
Cut - TRT Test, High Tren

Recomp or bulk (your bulk attempt would probably end up recomping you anyway) - Test at least 1:1 to Tren, if not higher.

That’s my experience and opinion so far, feel free to do whatever the fuck you like.

@Chad But how are you managing hairfall and skin

I am also on high tren + low test, my skin is cooked.

Perma dose isotret for skin

I do use Winlevi for skin also but it’s like putting a fence in front of a bull when using Tren. RU would be better.

I am also on high tren + low test
I’m not on high Tren low test currently. They are 1:1.

I am on fin and perma lowdose isotret 5-8mg

I don't have acne prone skin, I think its keratin buildup/rough texture because of Tren and iso dryness. Will RU actually fix keratinization or only sebum?
