there was a study of people on LGD4033 on 1ml a day and they gained pounds of muscle quickly without even working out. granted they were active 60+ year olds, many of the success stories are similar

mk677 is pretty safe, ive done it before. little bit of berberine will keep you safe, its kind of cope though, didnt really build muscle. it just helped me get to 215lbs
