A 0.2 correlation coefficient translates to the average tall guy having like 1cm more than the average average (height) guy
To put things into perspective, pubic fat has a bigger impact than height in general
The sum of dimorphic traits are the best predictor, although I don't think there are studies that combine all of them
So height + index finger ratio + hip to shoulder ratio + arm length to height ratio etcc (basically a chad) you could possibly have a coefficient of like 0,5 or more
