I mean if u read the bible as a book without the knowledge of god you’d come out thinking he’s narcissistic and evil

I think one would think that both man and Him were.

That way they kind of deserve each other.

He made man tho
And yet man is still evil.

Regardless of whether or not it's his [man's] own fault for being created evil it still won't ever change that fact [or his nature].

The vision he’s having in the video would be exactly what people with a good god thought when they looked into our world :feelskek:

Why is this nigga making a world making so many terrible natural shit happen then makes his lab rats pray to him so he can maybe cure them:feelskek:

That’s the problem with religion and thinking, if u think about it too much it suddenly makes no sense anymore that’s why with religion u just need to not use ur brain and blindly accept its all gods plan and everything has a reason or else you’ll see it’s Bulshit

What if the test itself is part of the perfection process by having us choose the right path ourselves, rather than just skipping over our free will and doing it for us?

What if he did in fact make us perfect, or rather innocent and sinless, but the entire process of us being here meant to also perfect our will itself?

What would have more value? A man made a king without having to earn it, or one that did by his own will?

Then again, that would make the entire experience we have here [suffering and all] amount just that choice alone; sure, we'd be ascended beings, but all that we went through would have been just for this.

Then again, no truly good and/or perfect thing be it power, success, perfection, paradise etc. ought to come so easily; otherwise it wouldn't mean as much.

I didn't put much thought into this so it [everything I've said so far] could just all be nonsense.

God is real and he is evil. His morality is irrelevant though

Its hard for me to process how would people worship such a piece of shit of a god.

A god that literally allows murder, pedophilia, animal abuse, human trafficking and so on....
A god that creates sub 5 incels and puts them in a shithole third world countries to be abused from birth by crazy parents, and at the same creates Billionaire Chad with perfect brain chemistry and gives him a perfect loving family....

Thank God this utterly sadistic being is but a man-made concept.

That’s the Jewish god ur referring too, his name is Satan

Not necessarily Abram's God but rather just the creator; whoever made this place and us.

Same reasoning here would apply no matter what tradition/myth we use, or even if we go completely outside of them altogether.

Exactly
People here are truly retarded

The luciferian cabal is trying to free themselves from this tyrant god

This isn’t groundbreaking, you’re just proposing a deistic God who has different moral positions from the standard Abrahamic God. Technically possible, but it seems unnecessary to believe in a god like that.

Admittedly, Dubay is referring to Abraham's God.

However, the point he argues for stands on the idea of a creator deity in general being malevolent- due to it creating a malevolent world full of suffering.

He's a self-admitted Gnostic so it's not that surprising considering all that Monad and demiurge stuff

To call a creator deity evil seems dumb since it’s usually the case morals derive from his mind or a property of his, unless you’re proposing a Cartesian scenario where it’s possible the moral standards the creator deity provided to man are false?

I'm assuming this is based on a precedent set by most creator deities where they do this; aside from this precedent, why could an "evil" creator deity not exist?

unless you’re proposing a Cartesian scenario where it’s possible the moral standards the creator deity provided to man are false?
Dubay is presenting the argument of an evil creator deity, but I don't know if he argues for a Cartesian scenario in it.

I'm only vaguely familiar with the Cartesian scenario concept in that insofar as I know it relates to the idea of the mind being deceived about the world, so I'm not sure tbh.

Also, just to be clear, I'm not actually proposing anything here myself. I'm only presenting Dubay's argument so I can hear what all of you have to say, and it doesn't necessarily represent my own beliefs.
