Well then I could imagine Germany teaming up with Japan to take USA something like what happened in the man in the high castle

if Japan was still there to fight, usa would still drop the nuke there since they were closer but seeing how germany beat 2 of the 3 major powers it may have given them incentive to keep on fighting

iceland is still at the far edge of the aircraft range they had
and after uk fell, they wouldn't really have the navy to protect iceland from an invasion considering almost their entire navy was in japan
and they would rather choose to nuke the easier target, that being Japan

idk, a lot of possible outcomes in these scenarios but If UK and Soviet union fell I think germany had a pretty decent chance to win considering it was now 3v1 (majors) and a lot of axis allies
