You will pass it, your body can't absorb testosterone as an oral that's why oral steroids exist and had to be developed

It's usually a solution in either MCT or Grapeseed oil, you can digest both but your body wont digest the test e itself so it'll be passed along with the rest of the shit you ate that day
It'd be like drinking a solution of some random chemical like copper, you simply just wont digest it
