What if I stop taking isotretinoin when I am halfway through the cumulative dose?

I've already taken half the cumulative dose.

Isotretinoin caused me extreme anxiety, panic attacks and headaches. However, I was on a low dose.

So I'm thinking of stopping taking it. Will the acne come back faster than if I take the cumulative dose?
