Lincoln planned to send black slaves to Liberia and to an area in central America after the slaves were freed. I believe that he wanted to have all former slaves repatriated by the year 1900. But Lincoln was assassinated and it never happened.
How would the USA be different? Obviously snowbunnies would be deprived.
