Well, Sir DeMarcus the Third, though the proposition is certainly odd, I would prophesize in such a bizarre scenario the Caucasian race would in fact continue to exist instead of mostly being driven to extinction in the 17th century by the United African Union of old. And of course, in such a timeline I can certainly see it possible our own Negroid race would be fetishized and perhaps even worshipped for our larger than average phallus size, especially by many of those same mentally ill Caucasians.
