im Talking about a mass murder/terrorist attack that trumps 9/11 in terms of destruction and killing. Lets say for example, a coordinated group of incels bomb a few crowded places and commit mass shootings/rampage attacks in a big metro area that results in 10k or more people dying.

World War 3 will be disputed in an unorthodox way of warring between terrorist cells and the FBI and other intelligence agencies. The internet will be a huge part of it and henceforth the war will be much lesser than the previous ones but with higher stakes.

Yeah. Since remote terrorism reduces actual warfare scenarios the real battle would be warred between surveillance agencies and hackers or incels. They'd just look for ways to identify and deactivate the attacks probably.
