What if the mods made users complete tasks before unbanning them?

Like say I got banned for having a couple alts, and I asked to be unbanned.

But the mods say I have to a draw a picture of @Master liberating china or some shit to get unbanned.

would this be a good deterrent from people breaking rules, cause nobody wants to waste their time doing sum shit like that
