What if we shrink gyno and then try to keep estrogen in balance

I heard gyno can increase or decrease in size so what if we use raloxifene or tamoxifen to reduce the size of gyno till the point it no longer shrinks then as we get off that drug we try to keep estrogen in chech using some supplement or low dse ai , because crashing estrogen is worse would it prevent gyno from wnlarging right ?
