No. Use PBS-only. BAC isn't a buffer, it won't fix pH, it will just act as a preservative. You're just diluting the buffer capacity.

i already reconstituted 100mg vial in BAC water, i still have 100 and 50mg vials, do i reconsitute with PBS and then preload all the syringes and store in fridge?

Use up your 100mg BAC you've got now; the other two, you will likely have to scrape into your own vials using a scale, or get a pharmacy to do it if you want true single-use only.
