how instant is the swap? in this case i would make my own organ donor service free of charge or significantly less then america hospitals that lets suicidal people donate without any of the hassle. i would use myself as a third man who transfers the organs by swapping the healthy suicidal person organ with me then swapping with person who needs the organ and then transfer back to suicidal. i would also do it with people who are not suicidal and are just generous. @topology am i high iq

assuming the process is instant ofc. the ability is life changing and i could do a transfer within a second with multiple body guards who protect me and assure everything goes clean while i keep everything lowkey and away from the government.

shh i could recruit the people i heal as scouts to find more people in need and teach them to keep their mouth shut unless they are sure the ill person could really need the organ and wont tell publicly about it. i will be their jesus.
